The story book season of the Del City Eagles has come to an end tonight with a 34-7 loss to the PC North Panthers and will miss the 2009 play-offs.
Lawton took down Norman North 31-13, Thursday, and could finish second with a Mustang loss, or third with a Mustang win on Friday night.
Lawton or Mustang, whoever is the No. 2 seed, will host Edmond North. Meanwhile, Lawton or Mustang, whoever is the No. 3 seed, will travel to Edmond Memorial for the first round.
Putnam City North will be the No. 4 seed team from the district and will play the Midwest City Bombers, 6A-2 district champs, next week.
The Mustang/Southmoore winner will host either Norman, Putnam City, or Lawton Ike.
