Guthrie travels to Shawnee Friday night and for the second straight week the Jays will not be the favorites as they go up against the undefeated Wolves.
Looking at the Wolves schedule they have only faced one team with a winning record (Carl Albert). Of course, Shawnee won that game, but were on the edge of dropping their first game before they stopped the Titans on a 4th down "questionable" play late in the game.
The combine records on the Shawnee schedule is 21-28.
This has zero to do with the Shawnee/Guthrie game, but hey its my blog. For the record, Guthrie's opponents schedule record is 26-23.

It's easy to take Piedmont out of Guthri's schedule and that record improves DRAMATICALLY. Piedmont is 0-7.. We'd be 26-16. Which is super tough!
Southeast is going to end up beating Piedmont pretty handily tonight by at least 3 scores when it goes final here in a few minutes.
