Booker T. Washington is being investigated, once again, by the Tulsa Public School system after finding out academic eligible checks were not being conducted until Oct.
Findings could result in more forfeited games for the Hornets athletic teams. The varsity football team has forfeit two games and the softball team 13 games already.
