Big games in the next 3 weeks

The next three weeks is HUGE for the Guthrie BlueJay football team.

First up is Piedmont....Huge in the fact that the Jays need to gain some confidence going into district play offensively, and for the team. The defense is still one of the best ones out there especially against the run.

Durant and Ardmore are district games that are winnable and will go a long ways in making the play-offs this season. A split with Ardmore and Durant would lead into possibly needing some help down the road outside of Guthrie to make the play-offs.

Yeah, I picked 8-2 before the year and felt more like a 7-3 season, but still believe this team can win at least 6 games in the regular season and then take your chances in the play-offs.
